I was unable to link launchpad.net to OpenAFS Gerrit from Firefox 37.01
+ https everywhere or Chrome 41.0.2272.118 m. I was successful at
linking launchpad.net using IE 11.

Now that launchpad is linked it is working fine with Chrome.
