the startup options for the AFS Systray tool (afscreds.exe) are stored in "AfscredsShortcutParams". Removing the "-A' parameter will prevent
the display of the login window in all cases when you do not have tokens. There is no mechanism for only displaying it during a DOMAIN
login.
