Oh duh, and if you mean client (Jeff saying this jogged my mind) I think every type of client which can natively support an atomic 64 bit type now has working largefile client support, as of like 1.3.70
Windows requires large file support in the SMB/CIFS server layer as well
as the AFS RPC layer. All of the Unix platforms may have large file support now but Windows still does not. (so sad)
