I updated the RHEL4 RPMs to the 1.3.82 release.
I made the following changes:
- removed patches that are no longer necessary
- split off the documentation into separate packages; the HTML
files are now in a new 'openafs-docs' package, the PDF
documentation is in the openafs-devel package.
This saves over 1 MB in the base openafs package.
- removed echo statements from %pre and %post scripts, since this
isn't really compliant with RPM standards (unattended installs,
etc.)
