In addition to the Public CellServDB list,
A quick check of the attendee list of the "AFS & Kerberos
Best Pratices" list: http://grand.central.org/workshop
and a scan of the adresses from the e-mail lists would
give you an idea of the sites with AFS technical expertise
at least. I suspect that there are others as well.
