Don't see an explicit SP2 on the website, just SP1 and R2.

Any clues? I can wait until Monday for the hot fix.

What 1.5.10 release are you using that has a 1.5.11 in the filename?

Why does it need to be uninstalled?  I seemed to be able install on top 
of the previously installed version.  Is there some unknown problem I'll 
run into?

This might be a Windows 2003 SP1 issue.  Can you sign up for Windows 
2003 SP2 and see if it fixes the delay problem?

SP2 fixed the problem I had with 20 second delays.
