Ever since 1.5.50 the Windows client treats reports all file names as
Unicode.  If the name cannot be represented as Unicode, a Unicode
compatible name is generated to display the file and a mapping table
entry is maintained to perform translation between the display name and
the actual name known to the file server.  Inclusion of non-ascii
characters in a name should not have any impact on the ability to delete
a file.
