It's a little more complex than this, because there is no executable
involved --- port 7001 is open in the kernel, not a userspace executable
that could be added to the exception list by an administrator. (Compare
"netstat -an -f inet -p udp | grep -F .7001" showing open ports to "sudo
lsof -i udp:7001" showing programs listening on ports.)
