        On your machine, run "pkg-config --cflags glib-2.0" and then
"pkg-config --libs glib-2.0".  To see the actual pkg-config file for
glib-2.0, check out /usr/lib/pkgconfig/glib-2.0.pc.  If you don't have
glib2-devel installed, use 'x11' instead of 'glib-2.0'.  I'm willing to
bet you have X devel libraries installed :-)
