Summary: Segfault on Windows with --filter

Initial Comment:
Test file: all-sdf.sdf available from
http://ligand-expo.rcsb.org/dictionaries/all-sdf.sdf.gz

Using latest SVN, I have a segfault with:
   babel all-sdf.sdf --filter "title=1str*" tmp.sdf

No segfault with:
   babel all-sdf.sdf --filter "title='1str*'" tmp.sdf

Separate issue: the first command seems to match all ligands, rather than just
those starting with 1str. Either the docs or the code is wrong.
