Well, that file would be created by CMake -- and it happens to be the result of 
compiling the CompilerIdC.c code -- i.e., creating an exe to identify what 
compiler (and compiler version) happens to be on your system.

I'd say it's an over-zealous spyware checker. Either that, or your compiler 
somehow has a trojan.
