Hi Sergei, This isn't a layout or coordinate generation problem though, just a question of depictio, so there's no need for any changes to mcdlutil.cpp.
We just need to render the double bond as a twisted double bond. See Option 3 at http://metamolecular.com/blog/2011/06/14/why-chemwriter-doesnt-follow-iupacs-recommendations-for-depicting-unknown-double-bond-stereochemistry/.
