I've opened an issue about the OBResidue::GetNum() method, which has problems with
negative sequence numbers:

Negative sequence values are legal in proteins, and common for expression tags and other
variations from the wild type sequence.
I would imagine there was a reason for preferring unsigned int, so I'm bringing it here to
make sure it wouldn't break other pieces of the code.
