Well, it's the start of October, so we missed our self-imposed deadline to get 3.0 out the door by the end of September.
I think I have all the source packaging issues sorted out. OTOH, I don't currently have a way to make Windows binaries. Should I tag a 3.0 release so we get it out the door while we get the Windows binaries together? Thoughts?
