As part of the 3.0.1 release process, I spun up a new build bot on Github to generate /all/ the script bindings.
- At the moment, the R binding is broken - open to suggestions on how to fix / build it - The Ruby binding is broken because EXTERN evokes a macro in a Ruby header to issue warnings I'd like to switch use of EXTERN in the Open Babel headers to OB_EXTERN with the 3.1 release. For 3.0.1, we'll have to drop the Ruby bindings.
