Hi,
I want to know if there is any documentation regarding interface with BOOST
graph libraries. The release notice for 2.2.0
(http://openbabel.org/wiki/Open_Babel_2.2.0) has an item that says - "Code for
integrating Open Babel and the BOOST graph library.
"
Can anyone point out which API or tools within OpenBabel does this? And if
there is documentation available that describes this?
I want to be able to generate a graph representation of molecules and convert
that to 3D (and reverse).
