Yes.

% babel Compound_09425001_09450000.sdf.fs results.sdf -sC -at0.6
Segmentation fault

You can also see the args line in my gdb 'run' command.

Since no one else has experienced this, I'll tentatively say it's
because I built out of version control so it might be unique to me.

When I get back to working on my fingerprint code then I'll try
again to diagnose the problem.
