Dear Users! I like to ask u a question about an error while using OpenBabel:
I installed OpenBael as written in the manual on the Wiki site and set the enviromental variabels correctly but after that I did not manage to convert file formats to each other I used babel -ipdb file.pdb -o mol2 file.mol2 command and then I got an babel:cannot read input format message. These are my settings: uname -a ---> Linux Molekula 2,6,32-5-686 #1 SMP Tue Jun 1 .... which babel ---> /usr/local/lib/babel/ob-build/bin/babel but /usr/local/bin is an empty directory. Env. Var. values are set correctly as advised. Can anyone give me a hint what the problem could be?
