This can be fixed by using -DEIGEN2_INCLUDE_DIR=/path/to/unpacked-eigen2
where the packed version can be downloaded at
http://bitbucket.org/eigen/eigen/get/2.0.16.tar.bz2

Sorry, I do not know about this error. I recently compiled revision 4514
from SVN and that worked.
