Hello, I am doing a biomedical research project. And, I have some mmcif files obtained from RCSB PDB. But, my project requires SDF files. So, I wan tot convert mmcif file to sdf without losing data like bond connections. I tried using openbable, but I don't know why it is not identifying the mmcif files I obtained from RCSB PDB.
