Yes, quite right sorry I omitted that. The prior chain on importing DLL
errrors said it wasn't necessary but I did follow the steps and first
installed OpenBabelGUI
The OpenBabelGUI guide on the local host points to:
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\OpenBabel-2.3.2\doc\OpenBabelGUI.html
Here's the installed directory:
c:\Program Files (x86)\OpenBabel-2.3.2>dir
Volume in drive C is Vista
