Hello I am trying to convert a .xyz file to .pdb. The file has 1415 atoms. I have use babel earlier and it has always worked, but this time it keeps running infinitely. I'm using the command :
babel -ixyz NP.xyz -opdb NP.pdb I'm attaching the input file too. Any help and insight would be appreciated. Sincerely Achira Maloo IIIT-Hyderabad, India
