I am having the same problem, Im on windows 7, checking cmd echo %BABEL_DIR% shows C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\OpenBabel-2.3.2\data and the txt files the programm is looking for are there. Thus i dont know why this is happening!? At the end it says x molecule converted, but i dont get an output file.
