Have you checked the logs (both OpenBD's and your web server's, if applicable)?Where would I find them? I looked a request log, but it didn't tell me much, just the HTTP (200, 404, etc) responses. What should I look for within the log?
you're throwing things into an infinite loop or something like that.Wouldn't an infinite loop be cleared by restarting OBD and/or the computer?
Sure, unless you kick it off again--just throwing ideas out there at this point. If the request completes with a white page then clearly this isn't the case.
Does OBD 1.1 look for files outside of its own directory?
If I understand what you're asking, not unless you tell it to for a specific web app.
Could something have corrupted my Java instance? Previously, when OpenBD was running, a document icon with a coffee cup would appear in the toobar (as a running application). Now, that isn't happening, though "org.mortbay.start.Main" appears as a process owned by my user (not root).
This to me says there's something wrong with a config file that's causing things not to load.
Tried. Failure persists.
But what specifically did you do? Did you copy your config files over again? I still don't have enough of a complete picture as to what all is going on.
Are all your sites pages under the default location for the ready2run version or did you put the files elsewhere and tell Jetty to find them there? And I still don't think you mentioned whether or not you're using a web server in front of all of this, or if you're just using Jetty's web server.
