So I tried to set in WEB-INF/web.xml and the app will not load.
That node does already exist in the openbd web.xml file, so my apologies if you stuck the whole node in there again. You should just change the 30 (default) to 240.
Strange, time to hunt through the logs :-p
Let me know if the potential double-node issue wasn't the problem. I just changed the default in one of my instances to 240 and it started up fine.
