I have a feeling you may be in the wrong directory. Is the start.jar file in
the directory from which you're running that command? After you unzip you
should be running java -jar start.jar from right inside the unzipped
directory.

Let me know if that isn't what's going on and I can fire up my MacBook to
check things out, but I figured I'd start with the basics since in the past
people have assumed you run the start command from inside the bin directory.
