You can try creating a temporary test.cfm file that does not interact with
your app at all and see if the same thing is happening. If it does, then
check application.cfm/cfc files as Alan mentioned, otherwise you can be sure
it's somewhere in your code. Perhaps there's an output=true on a function in
some cfc?
