Following the letter of the current license (although as Adam said it's a
bit open to interpretation), yes, if you bundle your code with openbd then
it would have to be GPL as well. Note that the deciding factor is the
bundling. Just running CFML code on OpenBD does not mean it needs to be GPL.

But as Alan said, we're working through changing the license to keep intact
the true open source spirit associated with the GPL, while allowing you to
bundle your CFML code and not have to have it also be GPLd. We'll have more
details as we make concrete decisions on this.
