Do you really have a absolute need to update the application from FB3 to
FB5?

If not, I would not do it. Unless you just wanted to get your feet wet on a
shiny, "not quite so new" framework.

I have gone down both roads, and unless you need something in FB5 that you
cannot live without-- than leave it alone.

Don't create work for yourself that you don't really need to do.

I have dozens of FB3 apps running along just fine on OpenBd/Railo, some of
them have been "upgraded" with service components and factories-- but FB3
still churns them out just fine.
