Well the specifics of the URL don't really matter--I was just using that to
show the URL that I can use to hit cfform.js. You'd adjust accordingly for
how you have things set up on your machine.

A bit odd it doesn't just spit out the js file to your browser, but I'm sure
that's just a browser configuration thing and not anything to worry about.
If it's prompting you to download the file then it sees it at least.

What do you have in the default CFFORM script source location box in the
administrator?
