It doesn't need to be plugin -- a simple Bookmarklet (which is a
bookmark that has Javascript in it) is all you need. That will work on
IE, FF, Chrome etc.
Do a BING on that and you'll be amazed at what you find -- you'll be
shortening URL's before you know it.
