Matt, thanks for your response. For some reason, I was not receiving
notices of updates on this thread and didn't know there had been any
responses.

Yes, in cases of errors other than application or database, everything
works fine. However, if an application or database error is thrown,
the error is output to the screen and no email is sent. The cferror
code is in Application.cfm, but the cfmail email sending code is in a
different template.

Again, this all worked fine with CFMX 7.
