Do you mean how did I deply it in the cfusion server? If so the same way as Sean Corfield outlines in his blog here http://corfield.org/blog/post.cfm/Railo__ColdFusion_on_JRun
As it's own server basically downloaded the war file renamed it .zip, extracted to openbd-war, copied openbd-war to c:/JRun4/servers/openbd/ then started server to deply it.
