Do you mean how did I deply it in the cfusion server? If so the same way as
Sean Corfield outlines in his blog here

As it's own server basically downloaded the war file renamed it .zip,
extracted to openbd-war, copied openbd-war to c:/JRun4/servers/openbd/ then
started server to deply it. Changed context root to / and set doc root to
C:\xampplite\htdocs
