I think the problem is with the CFX control; not OpenBD.

I have installed it to OpenBD and it loads perfectly. It however, complains it can't find its INI file

----------------
ERRN 98
HTTPSESSION [empty string]
MSG Tag's INI file was not found
STATUS ER
----------------

This is coming from the CFX tag --- not OpenBD.

But to iterate:

+ The CFX DLL loaded perfectly
+ The CFX DLL was triggered perfectly
+ The C++ DLL could not locate its own INI file
[this is already in the same dir as cfxhttp5.dll]

I would be going back to the original developers of this code and discovering what is going on here. Or alternatively, move to the CFHTTP tag.

I have tried moving the .ini file into a variety of different folders, but i have no idea where that DLL is attempting to look for it. It claims in the current directory, but that is failing.

Either way --- I can say the CFX function is working as advertised. Fault lies with this particular control.

Hi Alan, just wanted to let you know i tested the tag on 1.3 as per
Matt's suggestion on messenger, it doesn't work there either. I tried
the cfx java tag in both places and it works fine, it's just the c++
tag that it's having issues with. That tag that Matt sent you has a
cftest folder with some various test files, please let me know what i
need to do to get it to work.
