They seem to me to be OpenBD-specific, or else I should have found more

I should note that Matt and the Mura folk have made immense strides in
supporting OpenBD. There used to be all kinds of wacky stuff I'd
encounter trying to install earlier releases, but the 5.3 family is
shaping up nicely... except for these two little buggers.
