Purely from memory (as of CF8 or so), I recall needing to set my field
names and aliases (well... as much heavy lifting as possible, really)
within the real SQL driver. Then the QofQ SQL could provide me some
extra filtering and sorting, but nothing too fancy.
But then, I also recall that my own memory sucks.
