Hi Randy,
To fix that, configure your build path in the project. Under the
Libraries tab you'll find the JDK15_TOOLS variable that it's complaining
about. Edit that to point to the tools.jar you'll find the lib dir of
your jdk installation.

How I attempted to Compile: Right clicked on build.xml inside the
build directory and chose run as.
