I am setting up my development environment after upgrading to Windows
7 (which I really like so far, but that's another story) and I have
been folloing the instructions at openbdcookbook.org for a WAR install
on Tomcat. Basically the same set up as my previous XP environment and
our production setup as well.

After deploying OpenBD and moving my site files over I am finding that
URLs relative to the site root are pointing to localhost:8080 rather
than localhost:8080/openbd.

The only thing deviating from the basic instructions (unless I am not
seeing something) is that I have Tomcat installed via the windows
installer rather than the zip file. I wouldn't think this should make
a difference but...

Perhaps related, I also edited server.xml to add a host for
openbd.local as per the instructions but that still points to the
tomcal root and not the openbd site root.

I feel like I have encounted this problem before but not the last few
times I have set up OpenBD which I have done several times now on
different machines.

Thaks for any help,
Magnus
