well, you have access to my.cnf. phpMyAdmin is included... Haven't been able to login over that yet though... assumed user/password doent's work but I haven't had time digging into that so far. Haven't seen a way to change the port sofar. access from outside would be possible I guess since it has your app url for the JDBC connect... But's a bit to early for me to answer if it's possible or not
