[OpenBD] jetty-web.xml + rewrite rules

Ok, this probably belongs on the jetty forums/mailing lists, but as you 
guys probably know this as well I decided to ask here first :). Would 
anybody have a working example of rewrite rule inside jetty-web.xml? 
Anything will do, as I just need a basis to work from (my own attempts 
at reworking the jetty-rewrite.xml into a valid jetty-web.xml have 
failed miserably giving me error messages ".XmlConfiguration:Config 
error at [...]"). And yes I did change it to WebAppContext.
