I do not know of anyone who offers free hosting for OpenBD. But
depending on how confident you are with server set up you could get a
cheap VPS from someone like HostMedia.co.uk (http://gigaw.at/?/z739049)
I have a couple of their VS0 Mini boxes running OpenBD on for personal
stuff.
You could set up a VPS with OpenBD Jam (http://openbd.org/jam/) for very
cheap.

Does anyone know of a place i can get some free hosting so i can
develop a small web app for myself, i want it to be a live url, as
want to develop the app, that it supports mobile browsers like
Blackberry etc.
If it can offer mysql, that would be good. The app is going to have a
diary type app, and a few addons, so i can schedule my days etc, as im
useless with time management, and always end up behind schedules.
