Your second link is actually to a facebook redirect, so it looks like a phishing attempt. I just pasted the url text below into my browser, instead of clicking on it. I looked at the two without signing up or anything. They both look good, but the second one is a responsive design for multiple resolutions & orientations, so that automatically wins over others that are... not so much.
