Hi, In the alphar4 version and Openbravo subversion trunk version the implementation of the import and export sample data has changed. The new method uses the Data Access Layer and the Data Access Layer XML conversion features to create and read XML files. The import sample data is done as part of ant install.source.
Two other ant related tasks which are available are: ant export.sample.data: to export sample data after making changes to it in the database ant import.sample.data: to import sample data if it was not done as part of the install.source or other task The export.sample.data task will export the Big Bazaar and Accounting Test clients. The clients can be defined in the ant export.sample.data task (see the clients attribute). Each client is exported to a separate xml file in the openbravo/referencedata/sampledata directory. The import.sample.data task will import all XML files present in the openbravo/referencedata/sampledata directory. -- With Regards, Martin Taal Openbravo M: +31 6 288 48 943 @: martin.t...@openbravo.com Skype: martintaal Openbravo Headquarters: P: +34 93 27 25 947 F: +34 93 27 25 905 Address: Edificio Slan, Planta 2a, Landaben, Calle J, 31012 Pamplona, Navarra, Spain Mailing address: PO Box 5117, 31010 Pamplona, Navarra, Spain ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SF.Net email is Sponsored by MIX09, March 18-20, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
