All, the cause for this failure is this change set made by Jayakumar Kasinathan:
Fixes bug 8432 Detailed Warehouse Inventory Report not retrieving any inventory details. (detail / hgweb) Process 800193 has been removed from the Application Dictionary but there are some entries in sample data for both clients, SmallBazaar and Accounting, linked to that process (ad_process_access, 3 entries in Small Bazaar and 1 entry in accounting).
