We had problems with the SSO user propagation to the Issues server after the 
upgrade, this meant that all user registrations since Friday had been stuck in 
a queue. 
Genís told me they wouldn't attempt SSO migration before we have this cleared 
out to not mess things up further.
Luckily Gorka and Juanpa were able to resolve the problem today and I have 
forced new propagation runs so now we're ok to move forward when Genís is ready.
