Hi Josep, The Openbravo package for lucid will not work in precise, we are working in the package for 12.04 and it should be ready soon.
The others errors in this OLD issue are from Openbravo 2.50 and probably don't are the same that you since you are using the Openbravo 3.0. In any case previous reports not include the installation.log so unfortunately we can not help them to identify the problem. So in summary, if you want to use Ubuntu 12.04 please wait till openbravo-3 package are available for 12.04, if you are in a hurry, please use lucid and install there the lucid version. If you found any error in the lucid version, or in the precise version (when available) please report as a new issue to don't mix different issues.
