I'm sorry to say, but if that message is not specific/helpful enough, then you do not appear to be a Linux software developer with sufficient background to build software packages from source code. Nothing about this is osmocom speficic. In this case I'd strongly advise to simply use the pre-built binary packages we release, exactly for users who are users and not developers.
