Hi,
I kinda fell into the solution for my Samba slow
write problem. LOL
After not getting anywhere with the various
socket options = stuff, I decided to just comment out
socket options = to see what worst case was, then I'd
start adding things to see what worked best.
Imagine my surprise when things ran at full speed
with just the default socket options = stuff.
It's now running at pretty much the same speed XP
to Samba write, as it does XP to XP write.
Problem solved. Ed
