What do you mean by "5 static IP addresses"?  (The problem part is
the "5".)  For one static IP address, you want to force the
negotiation with the peer to give you the address you want or
go away.  This is done with the ":" option, as in
        0:123.123.123.123
where 0 means "I'll accept whatever remote address you want to use"
and 123.123.123.123 means "give me this IP address, or die".

Clear?  No, but the pppd manpage is OK.  This same code is pretty
much the same across *BSD, so maybe the FreeBSD manual and docs would
help.
