It does, thanks for the report - I've just fixed it in the port.
Somebody went a bit over the top with the use of autoconf in lbdb.

Most port maintainers (well, the non-slack ones anyway..!) would
like to hear if people have a problem using their ports or the
packages produced by them; pkg_info <portname> shows who to get
in touch with.
